At Gudjuju Web Developments, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for products that do not work as advertised or are not functional if raised within 7 days from the date of initial purchase.

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product. You can reach us at Hello@Gudjuju.com .
  2. Provide a detailed description of the problem you are experiencing with the product. Our support team will then assess the issue and determine if a return is eligible.
  3. Once we have received the required evidence, we will process the refund. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used.
  4. Please note that we do not accept returns for products that are actively installed or successfully used in any way. If a refund is requested, the plugin must be removed and deleted from your system and proof of removal must be provided to our customer support team.
  5. For subscription renewals and for customers who have not canceled their subscriptions, a refund cannot be processed.
